All stages of hook manufacturing are done in-house at the VMC hook factory.

Automatic Mechanical Forming of hooks is accomplished by using machines designed and built by VMC’s engineers and technicians.
VMC Hooks undergo Heat Treatment, hardening and tempering, to ensure the hook’s optimal mechanical resistance.
Finishing, to ensure the hook’s performance and anti-corrosive properties, include chemical sharpening and coating (varnish or electroplating).
